But since the state of California is still in a burning mess, Rusty got called out to fight wildfires there. He packed up his fire gear, put on his green pants and yellow shirt, and left yesterday for Redding, California. He will be gone on fire detail for about 2 weeks...so I am heading out for Utah. Family, friends, shopping, and blazing hot temps are in my outlook for the next 2 weeks. I'm excited to have a little fun, but will definitely miss the big guy. Bridger loves his daddy so much and misses him already. Two weeks seems like a long time, hopefully they will go by quickly. Be safe RK...love you!!

I'm glad I'll benefit from this trip and getting to see you but so sad Rusty has to go fight fires. What a mess it is down there. They're lucky to have such great help. Stay safe Rusty!
